A little spring cleaning.

With the Canada expedition behind me, I thought it was time for a little change on the blog. Many people (my mum) have been dying to know whether or not I would continue to blog about my next adventure to India... Well I am pleased to announce that over the next 12 months I will be keeping people updated with regular posts and plenty of pictures. This has nothing at all to do with the fact that is a requirement for my degree...

Before I could get started however I decided to have a bit of a tidy up here and there. This means that although still present, I have managed to hide all the pictures of Ray's ugly mug. Note to Lian: (Ray's partner) Ray's face and all other Canadian Exploits can be found in the "Old posts" section on the right. There is also a nice fancy new feature that will allow you guys to receive an email the instant a new post goes live. Again just sign up on the right hand side.

Making lazy look good?
As previously mentioned the original idea came from Ray as part of our Canada expedition ethos. For awhile I toyed with the idea of removing it and replacing it with a witty India pun such as: "Naan-stop Adventure." Firstly I decided that this might not be so well received, then secondly I considered that maybe "Making lazy look good" actually works pretty darn well for my time in India. After all every person I have spoken to has told me just how laid back and relaxed the people of India really are so for this reason I think I will keep it.

I'd really like to end this post with a bit of a teaser of what can be expected with my year in India... Unfortunately that remains a mystery even for me! As it stands all that I know is that on Wednesday evening I will be meeting up with J.P and Ellie and flying from Heathrow to Delhi (hopefully with a Kayak.)  From there I will be met by Outward Bound India and my adventures will begin!

This trip has been a long time in planning and it would not have been remotely possible without the help and dedication of Alli Inkster of UCLAN.
